All customers of are protected by Australian Consumer Law.

In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged in transit, wrong item sent to you or is withdrawn for sale for health or safety reasons by Supplier or Government then we will refund your money or exchange the product upon your presentation of proof of purchase.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed once stock has been returned in original condition.

All delivery fees will be refunded in the above examples.
